Throughout this article, you will discover what your Ikigai is and how you can use it to formulate where you are going with your life. Also, if you haven’t heard of the word ‘Ikigai’ before, this article is for you as we look at the history of Ikigai.

Firstly, enjoy the irony. I am writing this from the comfort of the sofa in the living room with the sunlight streaming in, which would be idyllic; if it weren’t for the constant boom, boom of music coming through the wall from next door and the sound of the washing machine hard at work, but still, here we go.
